FEBRUARY MEETING AGENDA
FEBRUARY 1, 2024
1. CALL TO ORDER
PRESIDENT – Grace Cazes calls the meeting to order with the Opening Prayer of St. Francis and Pledge of Allegiance.
2. ROLL CALL/NAME TAGS/MONEY BOX FINES
VICE PRESIDENT – Julie Giroir provides the roster to all attendees to note their presence at the meeting. Prayer requests are included on this sheet. Name tag collections were $.75. No guests were present.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM LAST MEETING
RECORDING SECRETARY – Lynn Hitchcock reported that the January minutes were emailed to the membership and asked if there were any corrections to these minutes as issued. Ildi Gajda suggested that the Treasurer and Corresponding Secretary reports be included with the minutes when sent to members. No additional corrections were presented. The minutes were approved as mailed by President Grace Cazes.
4. CARDS SENT FOR BIRTHDAYS, ANNIVERSARIES, MISCELLANEOUS CORRESPONDING SECRETARY – Laura Roshto reports on cards sent, etc. See Attached Report
5. ACCOUNT BALANCE
TREASURER – Eretta Perrien reports expenses and account balance. See Attached Report

6. NEW BUSINESS ITEMS TO DISCUSS
February 2024 Community Donation ($499 Balance) There were no donations for February.
Lady of the Month - February Faye Coorpender
Metanoia House - Thank you letter & Changes- Faye Coorpender explained the new procedure. We will provide the food and the ladies will cook the meals.
Coffee & Donuts - February 25, 2024 (Hosted by Kaycee Ladies Auxiliary Only) - (9:30 Mass Only) Procedures for the activity were presented by President Grace Cazes.
Fish Fry - Begins February 16, 2024. There will be 3 shift rotations starting at 1:30 for preparation of fish and coleslaw, 4:00 for preparing and serving meals and 7:00 for cleanup.
M. MANNINO NIFTY 50/50 GAME – Faye Coorpender the winner was Lynn Hitchcock
Any New Business – No items were added for new business.
7. KC OFFICER MEETING INFORMATION
• KC Adoration Program - if you wish to attend Adoration (Wed 9-10am or Thurs 1-2pm), please contact Mike Giroir.
8. ONGOING BUSINESS
A. Sanctuary House/St. Patrick House: Laura Roshto, Lynn Hitchcock, Melinda Leblanc No report was given.
B. Fun Things to Do – Ideas (Paula H. - touring Amite Church) (AS A PLACEHOLDER) We will begin to organize this activity after Easter or when the weather is better.
