1. CALL TO ORDER

PRESIDENT – Grace Cazes called the meeting to order with the Opening Prayer of St. Francis and Pledge of Allegiance.

2. ROLL CALL/NAME TAGS/MONEY BOX FINES

VICE PRESIDENT – Julie Giroir provides the roster to all attendees to note their presence at the meeting. Prayer requests are included on this sheet. Name tag collections were $1.25. Kathy Madere was recognized as a guest.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM LAST MEETING

RECORDING SECRETARY – Lynn Hitchcock reported that no corrections were received to the April Minutes. President, Grace Cazes approved the Minutes as recorded.

4. CARDS SENT FOR BIRTHDAYS, ANNIVERSARIES, MISCELLANEOUS CORRESPONDING

SECRETARY – Laura Roshto reported on cards sent, etc. See Attached Report.

5. ACCOUNT BALANCE

TREASURER – Eretta Perrien reported expenses and account balance. See Attached Reports.

6. NEW BUSINESS ITEMS TO DISCUSS

  • MAY 2024 Community Donation (Fund Satisfied for Year)

  • Lady of the Month - May 2024 was Eretta Perrien

  • M. MANNINO NIFTY 50/50 GAME – Faye Coorpender - Carlos Foret was the winner

  • Officer Election - Lorraine Lauret presented the ballot for new officers. Ildi Gajda moved, and Amy Lawler seconded the

  • Motion to accept the ballot as presented. The motion was unanimously approved by all members present.

The newly elected officers are as follows:

  • President: Grace Cazes

  • Vice President: Lynn Hitchcock

  • Treasurer: Eretta Perrien

  • Recording Secretary: Bethany Sclafani

  • Corresponding Secretary: Laura Roshto

  • Board Member: Amy Lawler

Any New Business – to be added to next month’s agenda - A new Parliamentarian will be appointed by Grace Cazes to begin the 2024 - 2025 year in July.

7. KC OFFICER MEETING INFORMATION

•KC Adoration Program - if you wish to attend Adoration (Wed 9-10am or Thurs 1-2pm), please contact Mike Giroir.

• KC/Auxiliary Yearly Awards Banquet Date - May 18, 2024, it will be catered by Ashley Manor; 6:00pm Social; 6:30pm Dinner

• Officer Installation - Tentative 6/22/24 after 4:00pm Mass

• Rosary Dates: 5/18 (Filled), 7/6, 8/24, 10/12, 11/30
